Carl, Rachel and Deryl made doing business with Pan American Power a breeze. Carl was very knowledgeable about generators and their installation and operation. He presented us two options and we decided to go with Kohler. We’re so happy, no lag time on initial startup compared to the other brand. Quite operation and weekly run and diagnostic checks are much better. Note, I had the other brand, Generac at my previous home since 2007 and had used Pan American Power there. The installation was great. The crew showed up earlier than expected, but were finished in under 4 hours as promised. They did an excellent job. My new Cummins 20kw works perfectly & is quieter than my old one. I highly recommend them as a company for installing & maintenance work.

Pan American has been servicing our generator for 3 years. We have an annual contract which is reasonable priced and includes regular maintenance. There's also a discount on repairs. The office staff is easy to work with. The technicians are reliable and explain the services in easy to understand terms. Definitely am not changing!
