We had a great experience with Panda Exteriors. Andrew Loughridge helped us with our insurance claim and was there throughout the whole project. The work crew did a great job installing our new roof and guttering. They were courteous and friendly and did a fabulous job cleaning up at the end of the installation. Everyone at Panda Exteriors was extremely helpful and was there to answer any question I asked. Thank you for a great job!! Edit-Although Panda did a wonderful job, the claim was through our insurance company. We were sent several invoices requesting the balance at the end of the job. We were waiting for the insurance check to be released. Panda added an additional amount for the roof and it had to be approved before the check was released. The work crew did a great job putting on the new roof, in and out in one day. They also did a thorough job cleaning up at the end of installation. Chris Atkinson was my initial contact with the company! Very down to earth, honest and understanding. He showed a deep understanding of the process with the insurance company. I opted not to wait for the insurance review and from that point Panda/Chris moved speed with purpose to obtain supplies once I let them know what I wanted! He graciously handed me off to Jonathan and his team and the job was completed yesterday and I am beaming from the results. They went above and beyond to ensure colors from existing structures matched the roofing! My raised beds and plants were protected and the clean up impeccable. Overjoyed with the results! I was listened to and understood! We often don’t need roofing but when you do Panda is who I would recommend.

Panda Exteriors was great to work with. They helped out through the entire process including filing the claim. They were very communicative. Santi Hancock was fantastic and explained everything before, during and after. They came out while our adjuster was here and supported us through the claim to ensure we ended with the best result. The team at Panda got us schedule, told us what to expect with the delivery of materials, and arrived on time as stated. The team moved quickly and efficiently to remove and replace the roof.
