10/24 We were also told that the boat would be fixed in a week and after 3 months they still had it. During that time communication was bad. We would have to call and most always it went to voice mail and no return call. If we talked to anyone we would be told just a few days more or they would call us back. Maybe once we got a call back. This originally was for throttle cables. So then they state it needs to be rewired.. ok so an additional 1,700 was given to them. The trailer winch was also supposed to be replaced or fixed. So we get the boat back and nothing electrical was working. So they came here to fix the problem but now the radio isn't working that was before. The antenna was not hooked back up. The guys are nice but we where told it would be a week or a little over week tell they could get to are boat and we where cool with that but By week three we called for an update cause we hadn’t heard anything. I was told Thursday they where gonna look at it that day but then heard nothing back. Waited tell Monday and still nothing so we called and finally was told it’s getting looked at now. After we where told it was looked at it took a few days for us to get the quote but the quote was sent to the wrong email so it took another day for us to be able to pay and we had to call and ask about the quote. It took 5 weeks for us to get are boat when we where told a week to a little over. I would have an issue if they had called and gave updates and been like sorry we are really busy so it will

The technician and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. they have repaired my boat on multiple occasions and have always given the best value for my repairs. The timeliness of their work was very important because i am a charter company and make my living with my boat. If it wasn't for Panhandle Marine I would be would be out of business!!

Panhandle Marine has serviced my Checkmate boat since 2013. They have always done outstanding work at a fair price. I have always received my boat on or ahead of time when promised. The most recent project was dual batteries with a switch. I never felt comfortable with one battery running the motor and stereo. I am a very happy customer!

These guys were awesome. I had a problem with my oil injection system which turned out to be a bad check valve. They were quick with the repair and got my boat back in two days. Since we were on vacation this was huge. When I got my boat back I blew an oil line and hosed down the back of my boat with oil (probably the source of the original problem). I took it back and they worked with me for about an hour to fix the problem. They called all over to find a replacement line and no one had one. They worked with me to get it back on the water that day by working with the slack in my line. I can't say enough good things about Panhandle. I only wish they were closer so they could get all of my boat work.
