The entire process was seamless. From Jay coming to go over my options for garage doors to the office in their follow up and scheduling to the installer Brad who did a wonderful professional job. I would highly recommend Paradise Garage doors!

My garage door quit functioning a few days ago! Tried to adjust the sensors, but they were in line! Come to find out it was the old unit failed! It has been in the house since I’ve owned it, 15 plus. Not sure how old it was when I moved in! Several garage door companies didn’t call me back! I should have called Paradise the first time, because they helped me with something easy in the past! They came out, professionally installed the new unit, same day! Veteran discount! Steve was very pleasant, fast and cleaned up afterwards! He explained the entire process and we are very pleased we have a fully functioning garage door now! Thanks so much Steve and Paradise Garage Doors!

This experience was great and extremely painless. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before any work was done. I had the board replaced in order to open my door remotely. In the future if I have any issues I will definitely contact them hands down. Great company. Plus the give military discount which alot don't do.

I must say they were absolutely amazing!!! I called for a repair and they were there the next day. Fast and expedient service. Thank you for the great service.
