Kenny was amazing. He communicated clearly about when he would arrive at my house, and he was able to troubleshoot the issue and get my sprinklers running again. Excellent customer service. I will definitely use Paradise Outdoors in the future if I have any more sprinkler problems.

Great company. One call and Karen had the tech out at the first available time. My lawn pump had one day left on warranty and I couldn’t prime it. Eli easily started the pump, but just to be cautious he checked the electrical system, the valves, the whole motor… then he checked all my sprinklers! Paradise extended my warranty for another 6 months “just in case” there was an underlying issue not seen at this visit. I got the invoice… ZERO! Put down as a warranty visit. Awesome service, excellent techs, an all around good, honest company. Hard to find these days! Well done!

My experience with Paradise Outdoors was a positive one. I found the tech to be professional and determined to fix the pressure issues I had been having with my lawn pump. In a few hours, he had it up and running and had greatly improved the proficiency and performance of my system. They also have me options for further improvement to consider in the future. I highly recommend this company for its quality work at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again.

This company is really friendly and has staff throughout that care and provide excellent service. The initial service was completed and missed the TuneUp portion of the service call. I contacted the office concerned that a portion of the service was missed and they verified and rescheduled right away with no issues. The follow up service completed and resolved three broken sprinkler heads. Billing was timely and accurate.

I had Paradise Outdoors replace my sprinkler pump, control box, and add a new sprinkler head. When the technician (Eli),arrived he thoroughly explained all the work he was going to perform. Once completed, he walked me through all the operations of the new system and helped me with the setup of my account and associated App. The whole process went smoothly and I would highly recommend Paradise to anyone in need of service to their irrigation system.
