My experience with Paradise Plumbing was great. I have all pictures of everything that was done. The company came out assessed reviewed camera footage and was able to replace all plumbing throughout both properties Michael Witt, who left a post saying that they drink his beer on the porch is not accurate. I am also the property manager as well and the same box has been on the porch for three weeks. Was there with the crew from Paradise Plumbing the whole time they was there and no one drink any beer and the one that was in the heavy equipment was the owner. Do you really think the owner would be drinking while he is working and it is his company just to let you know weed is legal and they smoke a lot of it. These guys came by to do work around my home. While doing so, they helped themselves to several of my beers that happened to be chilling on my porch. They were even kind enough to leave empty beer bottles all over my porch! The owner, Mike, was extremely helpful -- he denied any responsibility, yelled at me in my own yard, and escalated the situation to the point where the police became involved. Great job, Mike! I hope the dude driving the heavy equipment wasn't the guy drinking on the job!

We had an emergency Sunday morning with our water not working, pipes freezing, etc. we reached out to another company who jerked us around all day and we were under the impression we would be helped. That company blew us off. We then called Paradise Plumbing and within an hour and half of calling them, the plumber came right to our house. The man finished one job and came right to us. He was Wonderful! So professional and knowledgeable. We are so grateful for this company, the customer service was excellent also! Would highly recommend!!

We want you to know we are completely satisfied with the work your company did. They were timely, efficient and respectful to person and property. Every thing was freezing and our septic line was no different. Your guys came out and worked diligently to get everything moving but eventually had to dig up the line and replace it. They cleaned up as much as possible. Couldn’t ask for a better job. Thank you for your commitment to us and your community. A job well done.

Installed an outdoor hydrant. One year later we had to dig it up and replace it because it broke. When we dug it up there was no stone placed around the peephole in the hydrant which is why it broke. When we called they said “stone isn’t necessary when installing a hydrant.” And yet the only hydrant without stone around the peephole is the one that broke…. Don’t know what they are doing when it comes to plumbing on farms. Don’t use unless you want to have to redo it correctly a year later.
