Lesson learned. I had Randy and crew remove and replace insulation in attic, install vapor barrier in crawlspace, and spray foam rim joists in basement March of 2025. Randy talked a big game and I paid for premium work - got handy man results at best. Missing baffles in the far areas of my attic that I only discovered after ripping off facia board to install new gutters. Areas of the vapor barrier are not taped and cinder block supports were not sealed off. Spray foam on rim joists have separated from the wood in areas, some worse than others. Randy did come back and blow more insulation in when I noticed the cellulose was piled around the ruler to make it look deeper. Randy and his whole team are top notch. Had my attic done after seeing how bad my house looked in relation to neighbors with ice dams. Had a second confirmation when the heat went out in the middle of the night, our house temp dropped to 49 degrees. Also did our crawl space with the foam, found a bunch of mice we never knew were down there. Apparently a live one fell on a worker while removing prior insulation. Good to know I effectively won’t be seeing them anymore. Massive change now in our pest control, energy costs, and comfort in the home. Highly recommend.

I had an awesome experience with Paragon Insulation & Services. They were extremely professional and showed up right on time. The technician worked his butt off the entire day — super friendly, respectful, and clearly knows what he’s doing. He removed all of my old attic insulation, fully sealed and deodorized the space, and then refilled everything to the proper insulation levels. The difference is incredible. The price was very fair, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing insulation work!

My attic was a mess infested with rodents! They cleaned it all up and sealed, sanitized and reinsulated all in one day. The crew was very professional and kind, with a great work ethic!

Just used Paragon for closed cell spray foam and was happy with everything. Randy and the rest of paragon were very pleasant, setup nicely, cleaned up well, and when there was a slight overspray observed into the living space they sent someone out as soon as I reached out to remedy it. I plan to use Paragon again and would recommend them to anyone.
