Paragon has went above and beyond what can be expected from a company in terms of customer satisfaction. We contacted Paragon when we noticed there was a leak (about 3.5 years after install) and they came out and fixed the issue even though it was well out of the pools installation warranty. Much thanks to Brent and his team for setting us up with a beautiful pool and addressing our concerns even when the pool was out of warranty.

Paragon Pools provides outstanding quality and customer service. The construction crews are courteous, on-time, and get the job done efficiently and very neatly. They delivered on time and the end product is spectacular. You want a pool done right and done quickly use Paragon Pools.

Overall had a pretty good experience with Paragon. We had signed our contract last February and hopes that we had have everything finished by the summer sadly that didn’t happen. There were some hiccups on the way which I was very understanding of the only reason I docked a star is because of Emiliano. Emiliano is a pompous jerk and he almost lost them our contract because of his attitude. The first time we were set to dig to get ready for the pool, Emiliano had everything set up and then we found out all too late that we didn’t have a permit and totally extenuating circumstances around that. Then a couple months later, Emiliano tells us we’re ready to dig again and get started and I inquired if we actually had a permit this time around and it turns out we didn’t Emiliano did not seem to u
