These guys did a great job building my garage apartment on my son and daughter-in-law's property. These men are some of the most honest men that I have met in the construction industry. They were always very straightforward with me. They were very flexible with me during the process. They allowed me to purchase some of the finish items myself and were willing to adjust things on the final bill based on the items I purchased. The only negative thing that I could say about our project is the timing and scheduling. It seemed as if they ran into quite a few issues with scheduling and timing. Most of the issues seemed to be related to subcontractors. They have, however, stopped by on several occasions after the completion to check me and my family and to make sure that we aren't having

Stay Away! Paramont are "those" bad contractors that you hear so much about. At first they are friendly, work hard and take your money. James will bid the job low on purpose then try to do "change orders" to get more money out of you. James has anger issues and at one point threaten me and my home. They are unprofessional, bad time management, rude and unskilled.

Got fully paid on jobs and never paid any of the subs for their work ..Lawsuits to follow.. owes thousands off job that he took that was not his.. complete crook!!
