I switched to Paramount pools several years ago on a recommendation from a customer of theirs. I was unhappy with the service I was receiving from my previous service. John came out and took care of all the things that were wrong with my pool (polaris not working, leaking filter, etc.) and I have been with them since. They do biweekly maintenance for me and everyone is customer focused. They are the best pool service I have used in the 3 pools I have had in 3 states!

I have never had my pool crystal clear only 36 hours after opening. They closed last winter and opened 2 days ago. These guys really know what they’re doing

I have been a Pool owner for 20 years and do most of my pool maintenance myself. Every one in a while I run into a problem that problem that I can't fix. A cryptic pool leak and Dying heater are amongst the more memorable. I was fortunate enough to get the heater assessed and replaced in one day. When I call I get a quick response and the work has been good.

Zero stars. Was a customer for a year, after being recommended by someone local, which was very bad advice. Overpriced, shoddy work with a defensive attitude. Pool opening and closing costs multiple thousands - what kind of prices are these? Their staff is poorly trained, unkempt, doesn’t look you in the eye and pays no attention to detail - multiple times the filters were left dirty and full of leaves; also found one of the pool skimmers broken. Bottom grate in the spa disconnected, never secured and left in a disjointed state on every visit. Oftentimes observed them sitting around on my deck, playing with smartphones. Been using Paramount for 4 years now. No complaints. Professional, nice, knowledgeable staff comes to open and close pool yearly. Jean and John very nice to work with. Never had any issues wth our pool or the service they provide. Good crews that come out as well.
