Excellent. Parked overnight while staying at the Hamilton Hotel. Staff was great...directing me towards a single parking stall so I wasn't blocked in (left at 6:00 AM). The garage has employees on each level, so don't hesitate to ask for their help.

People with disabilities should never park in this garage. I parked in a handicap space with my valid placard properly displayed, not blocking any area, yet I was charged a $25 “crooked parking” fee with no clear warning or reason. When I tried addressing the issue, one of the workers made a racist comment, saying “this is America” after I spoke in their native language — completely uncalled for and offensive. This is unacceptable behavior and shows a total lack of respect for both disabled customers and basic human decency. I eventually received a refund, but the damage was done. This company seriously needs to train its staff on ADA compliance, cultural sensitivity, and professional conduct. I would strongly caution anyone — especially people with disabilities . Avoid this garage!

I used this parking garage for about five days of parking for an out-of-town visit. I booked it through SpotHero; price in October 2025 was $52. Not bad, and I didn't have any issues here.

Best option at DC downtown. I parked my car for three days for just 32$. Very good location with easy access and large capacity. Sign boards and road marks are so informative. P2 is for monthly membership only. Use a single-slot parking or you have to leave your car key at the parking attendant. Best way to book and pay online using "spot hero".

None of the buttons to open the doors for handicapped people worked and everyone interacted with was some degree of rude. We had issues getting out of the garage on Sunday and the parking attendant asked my fiancee for a piece of information off her phone, and when she went to go read it the attendant just pulled the phone out of her hand to read it herself.
