Allow lots of time for pickup from the parking lot. Second time I’ve parked here since the Parking Spot took this over. Things went well the first time except the driver didn’t come to a complete stop before calling passengers to disembark. Second time, however, was disappointing. I ends up waiting 25 minutes for a shuttle for the airport. The first shuttle, after a 15 minute wait, did not drive down the self park pickup aisle and left the lot. I called dispatch who sent a second driver to pick me up. The second driver went down the wrong aisle again. I had to flag the driver down. Both drivers apparently missed the sign for pickup. Fortunately, the shuttle delay did not impact my travel. I’ll try a different parking service next time.

Buyer beware! I have used Park N Fly for years without issue. Now that The Parking Spot has taken over, the shuttle service is abysmal. Waiting for 30 mins is not uncommon. Then when I call they say the “driver didn’t see me.” Well we most be suffering from eyesight problems because I didn’t see them either. That’s because never drove by! I’ve given them ample opportunity to fix the shuttle issue and they simply won’t.

Park N Fly by The Parking Spot offers a deal on Groupon where you can get a 7-day parking pass for a discounted rate. I paid for the pass and got a redemption code from The Parking Spot (as expected). However, when I try apply the code to my reservation, it doesn't work at all. When I try to apply the code on their website, it says "discount applied" but doesn't apply ANY discount. My reservation is exactly 7 days long (which is what the pass should cover) and it meets all of the requirements for this coupon to apply, but the coupon doesn't work at all. I've seen other people on Groupon report the SAME issue specifically at the San Francisco location of The Parking Spot. I am deeply upset because I spent $100 and everyone else I've seen has basically just lost their money completely becaus

Avoid! This place doesn’t take into account any possible emergency or change to plans that may happen to you. We had to completely change our trip 24 hours before we were supposed to park and they would not issue a refund or even allow us to change dates. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
