Park N Jet Lot-2, SeaTac Airport Parking

We used their service for airport parking. Booked online for self parking which was a bit more expensive than valet, but you keep your keys. Drop off was easy and the shuttle left in 5-10min. I believe it stops in island 1 and 3 at the airport which is at the street level of the parking lot right across the airport connected by bridges. For the return you need to call them and provide your number from the paper slip they give you. It took about 10-15 min for the shuttle to come and it does stop at the same islands. After that, everything was smooth again in getting our car from the lot. There is also a bathroom there if needed.

They claim their shuttle to and from the airport arrives every 7 minutes. It took over 25 minutes for one to pick us up at the airport. It was so full that everyone was packed in standing. They wanted some people to have to wait for another one even though everyone had already waited 25 minutes. Every other lot has their shuttle to by at least twice in the time we waited. Use literally any other lot if you don’t want to be stuck. It was the least crowded I had ever seen SeaTac so it wasn’t delayed because of any traffic.

get ready to stand around for 45 min after calling that your plane has landed and you’re ready to be picked up. They drive past once every 30 minutes and more than half the time it’s full and you must wait for the same guy do another 30 minutes trip. this has happened 3 times in the last 6 months. will not be using again. any hour of the day busy or slow you wait!!

Quick and reliable airport transportation. Drivers can be a bit aggressive with trying to take your bags from you which makes me feel like they're looking for a handout/tip. It makes me really uncomfortable to have someone grab my luggage out of my hand without asking first. I had one guy make a snide comment when I didn't tip him after he took my bag out of the van before I had a chance to grab it myself

4 stars for the parking and valet parking as they are usually quick to pick up from the airport. 2 stars for the auto detailing they offer on site. They forgot to was my front window and driver and passenger window too. They also forgot to get the cup holder in the back seat. I'm frustrated because I told the staff when I noticed and how I was displeased with their work. No one has called me back to make things right.
