I ordered 2 Boiler Zone Valves on February 27, 2026 order#694-234396534, I paid for expedited shipping 2 days. Well, let me tell you. Today is March 3, 2026 and I still haven't received the parts. I contacted there customer service department. They were very rude and told me to just wait, I said I paid for expedited shipping and the tracking number states Park Supply of America still hasn't delivered the part to the shipping agency.
