Parker Cesspool & Septic Tank

ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESIONAL! NEVER RECOMMMEND OR HIRE! Schedules a time, shows up when he wants, does NOT ring any doorbells or call you to say he is there , but drives around and leaves angry, then ghost you. Cannot recognized an exposed septic cover, when that is his professino! Scheduled 9:30 appointment, No answer or texts. finally picks up phone at 10:30, mad at me saying I was waisting his time. Also claiming my septic covers needed to be dug. My property camera shows him showing up at 8:08 never coming to my door, and leaving. 3 photos, me waiting at 9:29, him driving off at 8:08 and my septic covers clear as day on the other side of the yard.

WARNING! DO NOT USE! Requested service to pump my tank for general maintenance. Very polite on the phone and seemingly professional and helpful. I took the day off work to be there for the service. Day of, no one showed up. I called “Jackie” he said he couldn’t find my house and blamed me for wasting his time. Saying he lost money trying to get to the job site. I live on a common ride right off a main road. Never called me to say he couldn’t find it. Just didn’t show up. I called, he answered and said he wasn’t coming. Do not use this company.

Shout out to Parker's for coming right out, within the hour, on a Sat. morning to unclog our septic that was backing up into the basement. He answered the phone at 6:50 am, was here before 8 am, and knew exactly what the problem was. Thanks again. See you in 2 years.

John Parker showed up on a Labor Day weekend when no one else would. I called other businesses, but Parker is the only one who picked up and showed up within 30 minutes of my call for our emergency situation. Pumped the septic, had a good chat, educated us, and all for a very reasonable price.

I moved into a house a few months back and the title 5 said the septic was inspected but not pumped. I was nervous and Jack agreed to come by and take a look. It did not need to be pumped and Jack did not charge me. He was honest and educated me. I’ll definitely call him again next year.
