We use Parker Oil because we rent our home and have no other choice in a different company. I was told when I ordered it would be delivered on Monday between 8-5. Someone had to be home so a pressure test could be done. I was supposed to receive a phone call when the delivery was on the way. When I called the office shortly after 11 there was still no update for a more specific delivery time. The young lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and not very helpful. The delivery arrived without a phone call. I’m glad my husband was able to clear his schedule to be home today to wait for the delivery. They charge $115 for a pressure test that takes less than 5 minutes to complete. I haven’t had a really bad experience with Parker Oil until this time. However, if I could choose a differ

I ended up choosing Parker Propane because my mother is elderly and her neighbor uses them and is the one who checks on her since I'm out of state. I saw they had awful reviews but when you check propane companies, they ALL have bad reviews so apparently nobody likes the propane company regardless of who they're dealing with. So I went with it anyway and I can't speak for others but my experience has been really really good. They brought the tank within a couple of days and explained the cost and process clearly to me. Mom can't get to check the fuel % gauge and ran out running the usage WAY too high and this caused an emergency where the propane was gone and the pilot light was out. She's early stage dementia so she didn't understand what happened was related to her overuse/temp settings

I use oil and not propane. I’m on auto delivery and ran out of oil. Yes, should have paid more attention but they were supposed to be keeping track of that. Of course it happened on a Saturday and it was very cold with a baby in the house. I did get emergency delivery, however, they do not handle furnaces, only propane related things. There is something that has to be done when the tank gets empty and since I’m not a furnace repair person I have no clue. They delivered the oil, great, but have to make an emergency call to another company that does handle furnaces. I’m switching to someone that I can trust to not let me run out of fuel and if something happens there is somebody that knows how to handle the furnace. Crazy to deliver oil and know nothing about a furnace.

I had a additional charge show up on my account and the reason given was that I didn't spend $100 in the 2024 calendar year. I had a bill in December of 2023 and then again 10 days into the 2025 calendar year. So, in fact, I didn't make a purchase in 2024; however when you averaged out my two payments, I averaged $200 + per year, so I felt the timing was very arbitrary and had it been on my 'service year' I was well within the $100/yr required purchasing. I requested a review of the bill (which I was told was done weekly) and during that timeframe, my disputed bill hit with a late fee of an additional $29. I prepared myself mentally for a battle and called again and was told that the dispute was resolved and credited to my account and that I had a $0 balance. I was delighted that commo
