One Star – and that’s being generous We applied for a fuel account with Parker Oil in mid-December. It is now nearly two months later, and we still do not have fuel. That alone is unacceptable. Communication is nonexistent. Calls are not returned, follow-ups are ignored, and there is zero sense of urgency or professionalism. Running a business requires reliability—Parker Oil has provided none. To make matters worse, instead of solutions, we were threatened with an $1,800 wrecker bill if they were to get stuck doing the job they are paid to do. That is not customer service—that’s intimidation and poor planning being passed on to the customer. This has been an utterly horrible experience from start to finish. The lack of accountability, competence, and basic communication is astonishing.

Even though they sell you a product i.e. tankless water heater and install it, they will not service it it you don't use their propane. Bad way to do business. The reason we stopped using their propane was because it was to high. This is just another reason why I am so glad we which. I feel bad for the people that continue to use this company.

I pre purchased propane at a discounted rate. Requested a contract at the time and they refused stated I didn't need one. I just received a propane delivery and was charged the going rate not the rate I paid for. So now I owe them more money. When I called they stated I didnt use the propane fast enough for the discounted rate. I have never purchased anything and then been told I had to pay more when item was delivered. When I contacted owner to find a resolution this was their reply "Good morning, I do apologize but that season has been closed out and we cannot reopen it. Have a great day" They had no intention on finding a resolution as stated in their reply. So basically I paid for product it was delivered and then I was charged more because price went up. Why would not have your hours of operation on your website? And if it is hidden somewhere on your website, why would you do that? I didn’t realize how many negative reviews you have. If it’s one or two, you can kinda dismiss it. But damn, you have a lot.

Dana Williams-Cushi Posting publicly I would give them a zero if I could. I called and placed an order for 100 gallons and paid a little over $400 when I placed the order. When I got home, the ticket was left with a balance of $1500!!! I called to ask about it, thinking it was an error, and come to find out, the tech filled up my tank, costing nearly $2000!!! And because of what I paid when I ordered it, my balance left was $1500 because I have a large, underground tank. I didn't have that kind of money, and I reinerated that THEIR tech made a mistake because I did not order for my tank to be filled completely up. I agreed to pay a portion of it since it was their mistake, and I paid $1000, leaving a $500 balance. They refused to acknowledge their techs mistake and refused to take a hit an
