The Home Depot

We have shopped here often since moving to the area in September. This is a great store with very helpful employees. I want to give a big shout out to Erin. While you usually find young employees hiding & texting on the job, without us asking, Erin came over to our car to see if he could help us load our purchases. This is great customer service & this store is lucky to have him.

I had a great experience at Home Depot thanks to Patricia She took her time to help me with exactly what it was I needed and never made me feel rushed Patricia was patient and very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure I understood It’s rare to come across someone who is both so friendly and so willing to go the extra mile for a customer Her help made my project much easier and I really appreciated the effort she put into making sure everything was right. Employees like Patricia are a big reason I’ll keep coming back to this Home Depot on south hill Thank you for the excellent customer service

I came into this location today around 11AM, this was my first time here and let me just say I was highly pleased! The young lady at self check out was phenomenal, and greeted me with the biggest smile. She was very helpful and you can tell those who just work and those who enjoy working. I’ve been to many stores but this one has got to top the cake for friendliest. The pro desk is also made up of some amazing people. I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work.

Home Depot is a great place to get what you need. I highly recommend getting the app. Customer service is very good in the store. I drive from NC to patron here and finding someone to help sometimes is difficult. The last visit I had to get 140 bags of red mulch early in the morning and I had to wait a while before someone could load me up but it was okay it did happen, however, I was in a time crunch. The best part about this store is that it is typically well stocked with the plants I need and I love that, especially driving so far away. Keep up the good work. See you all soon!

Rhonda & Petra were ah-may-zing! My husband made a return in error and they both worked their magic and used their exceptional customer service skills to get us on our way. Disaster averted thanks to both of their friendly faces! Also the gentleman who initially handled the return the night before was very helpful. We had two large items to return and he made the process seamless. All 3 deserve 2 thumbs up and 5 stars each!
