Steve and his crew were very professional in handling our complete septic replacement project. Our space was limited due to our lot size and the fact that our parking area is right where the system needed to be installed. The soil scientist designed the drain lines to be 6 feet deep, which another contractor was unwilling to do. Ratcliff Construction executed the plan perfectly and we could not be more happy with the results. Steve was very responsive, from original contact to install, and did exactly what he said he was going to do in a timely and efficient manner. Septic tank was backed up. They were able to get to me in 5 hours same day. This was my first time getting a septic tank pumped. Woman that answered the call explained how the system worked and how often to get it pumped. Couldn't have been nicer.
