Alex is very knowledgeable and was eager to explain and answer every question that I asked concerning my AC unit all with a positive attitude. Tyler fixed us up! Parker Services is a local business that we trust with the most important part of our house. Jeremy and his team are professional and friendly.

The representative, Jess, who came to the house was very professional and very helpful. She responded to all my requests and even made a few helpful suggestions of her own. At her recommendation, she voluntarily crawled under the house into the tiniest places to take pictures of the duct work. You've got to admire a woman in this line of work. We need more like her!

Alex was the one who came out to our house. He was professional, quick, and also took the time to explain things in detail and depth and even answered questions about what certain things did. He worked quickly and efficently cleaning the coil and had all the tools needed to get things done with him. He came out fast showed up on time and took the time to take pictures as he went as well to help let us see what was going on to. Really appreciate all the hard word these people do.
