Parking 4th Cherry

Multiple homeless people have taken up residence in this parking lot. One of them has been there for at least a year. The stench of urine coming from the lower level of this lot is overwhelming, even when walking by on the sidewalk. Diamond Parking is great about ticketing cars that are parked past the time they pay for (though they don't pursue them heavily), but doesn't seem concerned about squatters in their lot. Go with one of the lots 2 blocks east of here, under I-5. There are usually homeless people camping on the adjacent sidewalks, but the lot is cheaper and doesn't smell.

Have parked here many times in the past, but not for about a year. Apparently parking- inflation or greed has reared its ugly head; $54 for 4 hours weekday.

The website quoted a $15 early bird all-day rate. The actual rate was closer to $70.

This place is a rip off 74.00 later when all other lots are 21.00 for a full day SMH

Convenient location, not bad pricing. Easy to get in and out.
