Parking At Church Garage (#26)

DO NOT PARK HERE! THEY WILL FINE YOU LATER EVEN IF YOU PAID FOR PARKING! Paid for parking on their app and just received mail 2 months later sending me to collections for parking on private property. Seems they’re trying to double dip everyone who parks here. Charge them for parking and then fine them later in hopes that they pay without realizing what it was. I had to search my messages to figure out what I was doing there and get the receipt from the friend who paid for parking. SCAM and Predatory. Reporting to the better business bureau and to the municipality.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this garage. I received a parking ticket that was invalid, but the staff refused to acknowledge the mistake and forced me to pay $100 ($45 for 3 hours parking and $55 ticket). There was no transparency, no willingness to listen, and terrible customer service.

DO NOT PARK HERE: PREDATORY PRACTICES. The lot was great for awhile, but whoever runs it currently takes advantage of customers. I went to an event down the street, to which this lot listed a specific rate for. The show got out, I left the venue, and went to my car. The gate was closed when I arrived, but luckily someone else was leaving , which allowed me in. Apparently, others had to call a tow company in a similar situation. I left, thinking nothing of it. Fast forward a few months and they send me a bill for over $100 for what was 9 minutes over when they deemed the event parking to be over. I disputed it, and they told me to kick rocks, offering $20 off if I paid immediately and threatened collections otherwise. I offered a compromise of a reasonable $10 payment, which would still be

I parked at the Church Garage (#26) lot when we went to see the trans siberian orchestra @ a 3pm showing well when we went back to the car at 7:30 notaced a ticket. So my guess is they wonted to just issue a ticket to issue one. the first two pics shows my recept for my payed parking the last is there ticket. I would not recomend parking although yes my car seemed safe but still got a ticket that should had never been issued!

Do not park here they'll try to steal from you I parked there for a concert at the pledge arena paid almost $40 for the event parking the only reason I parked there is cause we went to a restaurant around the corner from this parking lot and from there we walked to the pledge center! So the concert lasted a little longer that what we thought and when we went back they have already locked the gate so they don't even let you get into the parking lot and the only way for you to get your car out is to call the towing company and off course is after hours so they'll charged you after hours fee $150 to get your car out + $40 that I had already paid for the parking! Don't use this parking lot you don't want to be dealing with all of this and you try to call them and they act like they are making
