Bad business. Wait it for 20 minutes in line just to be told that I cannot park overnight when there is clear sign stating how much it is to park overnight. I was staying in the hotel right next-door and could not find parking anywhere else. They made it very inconvenient for me and the scary looking very large and gross man screamed something at me and told me no! I am going to contact business licensing department to address the business of this parking lot. Also, they have the US Army government vehicles parking here with no problem. They even pull through the exit to get in. As they scream at me that I can’t have an overnight parking spot. and there was plenty of spots to park.

Horrible experience attempting to park here. Booked through spothero a month in advance, arrived and showed my pass, and the attendant said they are not accepting prepaid Spothero reservations due to an event. What!? Spothero eventually made it right after a long wait on hold. Spothero needs to stop working with this lot.

One star for the convenient location. Horrible service and management. Why keep double selling parking spots when there’s no room? Parking attendant: “it’s your problem not mine.” Paid $60 for a parking spot for 2 nights. On the second day (we still have a spot paid for till end of night), we left for two hours for errands in the morning, came back and the attendant blocked us at entrance. When asked why did we lost our parking, he said it was our problem that we left and it did not matter that we paid for the parking. When asked for manager or company contact info, the man refused and kept telling us there was no spot and that we could not force him to do anything. How can one screw up such simple math/logic problem?

Similar to other experiences in the comment the attendant plays a game that will get them what they are looking for one day, the Somali chunky gentleman tonight took his attitude problem a little too far. He was upset that I paid with an app and not cash. Parking is fine for a few hour if you are trying to get in and out of Capital One arena, but other than that find another proper spot.

Lot attendant tried to fleece me for $240 because I was towing a small trailer when overnight is $25 a night.
