Parking

You are quite literally better off living in Jersey City without a car than park here. Management is terrible, when calling it directs you to some off site unrelated person, the ceiling drips acidic liquid and damages your car, and worst of all they require a full 30 day notice to cancel your parking pass (nope, 29 days is not allowed). This means even if you miss it by 1 day you will pay $325 for the whole of the next month in which you are not even parked at this garage. Do yourself a favor and don’t scam yourself by parking here. The only possible explanation for this many 5 star reviews (of which they deserve none) is they hired somebody to relentlessly bot and give themselves 5 stars, to cover up the honest low reviews.

Parking here for 300 a month. All tires and rims been stolen. 0 security, 0 compensate and manager is rude.

Easy to sign up, impossible to terminate. A year-and-a-half ago I needed parking for one month so I've booked one month with SP+ at Journal Square. Sounds easy? NO! They have signed me up for recurring payments, took a month to resolve a year ago and now a year later they are back demanding recurring paymets.

Very rude attendant, mistakenly parked downstairs for monthly users. “you don’t read the sign?” Really dude? I would’ve preferred you just telling me this is for monthly renters, you’re not suppose to park here. Never parking there based on customer service principal

Prices are falsely advertised on online apps. Beware! Very confusing directions to park. Better off parking elsewhere
