Do not park here on a Sunday even if the garage is open with the sign out. I came here with my family to see the Smithsonian and when we left at 4pm we found the garage closed and the doors locked. They claimed that they were allegedly "not open on Sundays" and as other reviews state they attempted to hold my car until the next day. Its a petty scam and they let me get my car once I threatened to call the police. It was a 20 degree day and I was there with my young children. The hours are not posted in the pedestrian areas or at the car entrance so be careful parking here when you visit DC.

Tried to steal my car. Apparently this is closed on Sundays. Garage door was open, public parking sign was out, let me take a ticket, and no indication that it was supposed to be closed. Come back and everything is locked up tight and there is no way to access my car. Phone goes straight to voicemail and building reception is mean, combative, and unhelpful. Had to ask a building resident to help out. Would have been out of luck if they didn't come along. 0 stars go somewhere that won't leave you stranded for $21.

No indication (besides a tiny sign that you cannot read while driving) that the parking garage closes at 7…make sure you get your car out or you’ll be stuck in Washington DC overnight, if you’re taking a day trip, with no way home! Phone when straight to voicemail! Worst $24 I have ever spent.

Bought my parking online just so I wont go through the hassle of finding street parking...Saturday, $13 from 8:30am - 8:30 Pm

Beware if you are booking through an app. You pay through the app but you still need to get a ticket at the entrance. Some parking spaces expect you to show the QR Code from the App at the entrance and just insert the ticket & Show QR Code again at exit. Some parking spaces have a parking attendant to check the ticket on return. Just be sure!
