Parking Management

I paid upfront $12 for parking with the "Early Bird Special" day rate. I parked the car myself. When I was ready to leave, I left. The parking attendant was nice, and she quickly got me into a spot. This parking garage is not the biggest, though, so it is not surprising that spots fill up quickly. It was kind of difficult to maneuver out of with an SUV.

I reserved a spot through Parking Panda and when I arrived they tried to turn me away because there were no more open spots. After clearly explaining that I wasn't going anywhere they were able to find a spot. I wasn't the only one that this happened to. There were at least 10 other people who had reserved spots as well. Also, the entire time this was going on I was told the manager was hiding somewhere because he didn't want to deal with the issue. I would never use again.

Extremely rude attendant who refused to perform the parking for which I paid and could prove I paid. He started yelling at me, and would not even look at my evidence. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to get ripped off.

I did save Time not having to search for a place I had a reserve space for 3 days at the Blossom Kite Festival in Washington DC. Many of the parking lots there is pay for the day and also pay for the night, 2 payments. the closer to the MALL the higher the fee and the harder to get into. I parked at PMI at 13th NW & E St NW. I did have to prove I had a reservation or he was not going to let me park. He said the lot was full. driving to my spot the lot was Empty, I came back a few hours later and the lot was still more than Half Empty , forgot something and went back to my car later in the afternoon and it was still half empty ( half full or more LOL) but i was happy to have the parking spot so close to the Mall

Extremely unpleasant workers. They seem either unable or unwilling to answer simple questions from a customer. I'd recommend avoiding this lot if possible, it'd be well worth paying more somewhere else to avoid dealing with these aggressive employees.
