Parliament Floors

If your floors are not 100% level these planks do not hold up. Having to have 78 Square Feet replaced. Would not choose this flooring if purchasing again.

We installed about 1800 ft² some of the planks cracked almost the first month we have major cracking I call them and talk to a gentleman at the warehouse One of therudest human beings I have talked to in my life he said that he won't even get back to me for 2 months because they are moving into a new warehouse The product is absolutely garbage Do not buy this product and I told him I'm going to review it he didn't care either. The installation was done by a professional installer.

About a year ago my husband and I were looking for a laminate floor for our new home. We liked Parliament when we saw it at a flooring business but wanted to see a bigger portion of it. We went to Parliament in Ranch Cucamonga and were very impressed with how we were helped by Andy. He was very nice and told us everything about the floor we liked. Fast forward to September 2020. Our floor has some low spots and some noisy areas which are very co Corning. We contacted the installer and he came out and then had Andy come out. Andy came out which was ver nice and observed the low spots in our floor and determined just like we thought that it is not the product it’s the installation. Andy is a class act and I would recommend Parliament Flooring for quality laminate floors. Thanks Andy!!

Within 6 months of having 1200 sq ft of Parliament vinyl plank professionally installed, the planks were unlocking, peeling up, breaking and cracking. This product is absolute trash. The “customer service” is equally as bad, as depending on the week, I was either ignored or they found endless excuses why any problems could not possibly have been due to the product itself. The biggest mystery here is how this company is still in business? A real head scratcher. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Recently purchased Parliament Floors Rigid Core Pewter Oak. The floors looks very elegant with extra wide and long planks. It’s very easy to clean and durable. We have 3 dogs and it is holding up really well. Thank you Parliament Floors for providing great quality floors!
