I'm very pleased with the team, the installation, and the product from Parrot Bay Pool & Spas. My family loves the water so we went with the large model "The Tropic" and we also added a spillover spa. From the very beginning, Christine (sales) was such a pleasure to work with and was there every step of the way to ensure my family and I had all the information necessary to pick the product that best suited our needs. Once construction got rolling, Seth, Jeff, and Kyla were also there every step of the way to ensure a quality installation. Big kuddos to Jeff and Kyla as they had to make a few trips out to the house to make minor tweaks, adjustments, and complete a warranty replacement. Seth Braddy and crew were amazing! It takes expertise and experience to perform the job of installing a pool. I’d trust no other than this team of folks. Our pool is beautiful, functional, and just a delight for our family. I credit our final product to the team of people who worked so hard to ensure we got what we wanted. Let me preface this review by saying, we were so nervous and apprehensive going into this purchase because it is such a huge expense! I am sure we aren't the only ones to feel this way so let me help ease your worries. After scouring the internet for reviews at SO MANY companies and meeting with a few local sales teams, we ultimately decided to go with a fiberglass pool from Parrot Bay and we are hands down, so so happy we did! Everything from scheduling the sales appointment, to dig day, to final inspection was flawless on their part. Had our pool installed this past winter. More communication is needed. Once they received payment, felt communication bottomed out. Had issues with our impervious restrictions, thought it was sorted out and we were maxed, which they were aware. Was told the filter pad would not count toward the impervious, and found out last minute it was... had to tear out existing concrete for final inspection. Had to pay extra for a larger crane to lift pool over home and almost had to pay extra for the electrical that was "included" in the package, if my husband wasn't so handy. Yes, we are happy with our pool, just feel like communication could have been better.
