Patrick Erb Home & Building Inspection

Patrick Web was very punctual. He was not only on time for the inspection, he was ahead of schedule of about an hour. So he came on to my appointment and got started. We walked through the house were he point out things to me. Patrick was pleased to answer any questions I had. He gave me tips on how to do some repair. I received his report in the same day. It was very clear and laid out for understanding. If I needed another inspection in the future, I would call him again.

My wife and I highly recommend Patrick Erb. He was exceptionally thorough and he quickly provided a detailed report of his inspection of our prospective property. The report was professionally written and easy to understand. I was on site when he did the inspection as well and Mr. Erb was easy to communicate with, professional, and just as with the written assessment he was very thorough. I've hired Patrick twice for home inspections. He puts a lot of attention to details and will explain you what is good or bad throughout the home inspection process. He's reports are well structured and easy to go through. I definitely recommend him.

Found Mr Patrick Erb online because of all the 5 star reviews!! And he is the best!! Very thorough! Report got pictures , pointers, and colors focus so you know what ‘s important issues need to be addressed first or second..!!! I received the written report by email on the same day, maybe just 2 hours after he finished with all the inspections! Even the realtor said he was very supprised that the inspector could points out to a lot of issues in a short amount of time! Even himself, the realtor was not aware of. Any way get him! And his price is 150 dollars cheaper then other home inspectors! For sure!

Got Patrick's name from our realtor. Came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. VERY thorough and got the full report complete with pictures and explanations within 24 hours. He also was very clear about which things we should really pay attention to, and which things we could be a bit less concerned about. Very useful information!
