Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I am a first time customer with Roto-Rooter and if I could give them 10 stars I absolutely would. I had an emergency water leak coming from my bathroom tub faucet and a Field Water Restoration Supervisor arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He quickly assessed the situation and immediately turned off my main water supply, preventing further damage and saving me a lot on my water bill. I really appreciated his fast response, professionalism, and willingness to assist until the plumber arrived. Exceptional service. Thank you so much to the Roto-Rooter team.

Prompt service and an excellent professional demeanor from the technician, Jekovan Rhetta. He cleared a stubborn drain, made sure everything was working properly, and left the area clean before finishing. Honestly, the best service call I’ve had from a contractor.
