Chad and Brendon arrived and were very knowledgeable and professional in evaluating my needs and responding to my questions. They indicated that they would get my requested estimate for the job done quickly. Both were courteous and friendly. Once I agreed to the estimate I was promptly given an appt for the work to begin. The job was to repipe my plumbing from an in-slab system to a pec system running up into the attic. The job was completed in a timely manner. I was kept informed during each step of the work and received detailed answers to any question that I had. I am 100% satisfied with the job and found these two servicemen very knowledgeable competent. The main office communicated daily with me to insure that the job was going as expected.

It is hard to express how much i enjoyed my experience as well as recommending them for others. I have trouble talking to new people but the technician was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Thats not even without mentioning the price I spent a mer fraction of what i thought i would need to and they never tried to upsell me on anything and they were extremely transparent with me. I look forward to using this company for anything they can provide for me. If I could rate 6 stars i would.

I was skeptical at first, but the guys were professional,knowledgeable, and detailed in their work. They even had a friendly interaction with my dog(Ashor),Lol!but seriously; They fix my plumbing issues and I am on a septic system with a crawl space at a reasonable price. Quality of service with no funny business or extra costs.

Christopher was a great representative of your business. He was careful to explain everything and did an extremely professional job in repairs to pipes along my driveway for plant watering that were broken by the recent freeze. I would rate him 5-stars. Needed a small ball valve soldered into a water line on top of water heater...got there quick, did the job quick...in less than 30 minutes....but it was over $430... a 3/4" ball valve in a easy location to work in...LESS than 30 minutes...theres no way i could look somebody in the face and charge that, even "on a saturday"......that rate comes out to $860 per hour....am i on crazy pills, or is it Premier??? LESSON LEARNED.
