They mitigated water damage from a leaking pipe on the second floor. They aired everything out, sectioned everything up, were clean, and professional. We never worried about mold forming and their work made it easier to understand where water issue started.

We’re really grateful for their services, and it’s easy to see why everyone else on the project felt so reassured knowing Paul Davis was on board — they were awesome to work with.

Excellent company, had a sewage back up in basement and they were there within 4 hours of this happening to get fans and dehumidifiers on site to help clean up. When demo happened they put up plastic to protect the areas not affected, and the removed all the debris keeping fans in the house until everything was fixed.They always kept me in the loop. I would use them again for sure. Crew was excellent

I would NOT trust this company. They were the reason my claim was denied. Kevin told me that he is not an adjuster and that he does not have the authority to tell insurance companies things that could possibly deter a claim from being approved. He called my i surance company and pretty much told them not to let it be approved. He was out of line by doing this and it was so unprofessional. Do not use this company if you plan on going through insurance. They will screw you over.

We noticed that the main pipe to the septic tank got clogged on Friday, July 12, 2024. The whole basement was flooded with insanitary water. A terrible scene. The next day, our plumber referred Paul Davis Emergency Services of Newton, MA, for cleaning, disinfecting, and preparing the basement for further necessary required repairs due to water damage. This was truly a god sent help! Kevin Santaite and his technicians showed up promptly in less than an hour. Since then, Kevin has managed and coordinated all the work with Insurance, Movers, junk removal, Asbestos removal, etc. his technicians, specifically Angel and Miguel, were extremely professional, helpful, meticulous, and friendly. They have done a magnificent job cleaning and disinfecting and preparing the basement for next phases. K
