Paul Davis Restoration was super quick to have someone come out and give us a quote. They were the most thorough in their assessment and gave the most detailed analysis. Super easy to work with!

The representatives with Paul Davis were very responsive and polite. They gave us a reasonably priced estimate for mitigating mold in the attic, but it involved removing some or all of the ceiling where the attic was difficult to access. Later they gave us a different bid without the ceiling being being removed but the price of mitigation was almost double. We ended up going with another mitigation company due to the price. They did waive the evaluation of the house though, which was very nice.
