Paul Davis Restoration of Montgomery & Berks Counties

Rahmir of Paul Davis Restorarion arrived this morning (December 22, 2025). Husband was home but couldn't answer the door, so Rahmir called my cell phone. He was able to rearrange his schedule for return approximately 11:30 AM. Another truck with 2 additional people arrived shortly thereafter. They were his movers. He used his industrial shop vac 1st to extract most of the water from the carpet, but that still left water underneath with a saturated pad. That equipment was the best and something that should have been used yesterday but was not. He's smart, professional, proceeded with caution as he arranged 19 industrial blowers and 3 industrial dehumidifiers, ridding much water. Yesterday, the crew had 1 large unit that worked great and 1 smaller unit that wasn't pulling anything.

Jason ,Cassie and Aristotle provided quality service, comfort, confidence in the process. They were proactive, thoughtful and helped me through the entire process and asked questions of the Restoration Team that I did not even think to ask. They have helped me in every way through this process and alleviated most of my fears! I cannot say enough about Paul Davis's team from start to finish! The Paul Davis group was absolutely fabulous when our pipe froze and burst. They were so prompt and attentive from triage to mitigation to the restoration of our damaged home. The contractors were competent, respectful of our home, and very kind. And did I say they did beautiful work. Thank you for getting us back home and back to normal so quickly.

Patrick Carrabine was my Reconstruction project Manager through Paul Davis. He was very helpful in walking me through the whole process and explaining things I didn’t understand from my insurance company. I had a bathroom upstairs leak into my living room. He went out of his way after hours to help me select the perfect flooring ( which isn’t easy) and always took my call no matter the time of day. I can’t thank him enough for all his help and definitely recommend him to anyone. The crew was amazing as well Paul was very efficient and thorough. They had my house back together within days which I appreciate so much. 😊

We used Paul Davis Restoration as part of our home insurance repair and they were fantastic from start to finish. We had a sewer back up in the downstairs toilet and the bathroom tiles, vanity and carpet in the living room needed replacement. They had workers come out to dry out and removed the damaged items within a day of us contacting our insurance company. Janette in the office was fantastic and so friendly and helpful, always working around our works schedules.
