Paul Davis Restoration of Raleigh-Durham

We had an upstairs leak and contacted Paul Davis Restoration based on recommendation from our plumber. They came out quickly, and handled both mitigation and restoration. Frank, David and team did a great job with mitigation. They were professional and courteous the whole time - working with the insurance company, working with us around Holiday schedules. We worked with Chris Johnson on the restoration, and he was also professional and did great job with restoration and keeping us informed on the progress.

From the Introduction to Paul Davis Restoration company until the completion of their work, I was impressed. This companies ethics, professionalism, sincerity in customer satisfaction is forefront. The employees hired to do the work at my house did an absolutely beautiful job. They were the best at what they do and it shows! Our experience with Paul Davis has been terrible. The first contact who worked with our insurance agency to approve the work was fantastic, and every other person we have come into contact with was truly awful. The representative managing our work lied to us regarding when the mitigation work would start, leading us to sleep on the floor for over 2 weeks as we removed the furniture from our home in preparation. The subcontractor who performed the prep work confirmed this to me. Multiple people who were not seemingly affiliated with any company (no shirts with a company name, no company van/truck, etc.) were in and out of the home with no communication to us. A fantastic team of professionals arrived — I affectionately referred to them as "the demolition team." My husband and I both were impressed with their professionalism. I am truly thankful for Frank and Clint from PaulDavis and the care they showed throughout the restoration process. Frank went above and beyond by coordinating with the plumbers to make sure my home was in good hands, but what meant the most to me was that he genuinely listened to my concerns. He took the time to help me communicate with the adjuster and clearly explained what he observed, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
