Paul Davis Restoration of the Coastal Plains

This is more of a review about their driver of one of the trucks representing them. The driver was super erratic and driving at high speeds in the town of Kinston. Not only was the driver riding my rear end, but when I finally was able to get over, he almost ran me off the road. If you're going to have your name plastered all over your vehicles, then you need to have people who are going to represent your company properly and not endanger others. The last four of the license plate is 9634. The Message from the company seems suspect considering the driver had a uniform that is consistent with the company and also they state VAN when it is clearly a truck.

Paul Davis is an excellent provider of restoration and renovation services. We discovered water damage to the ceiling and wall in two adjacent rooms caused by a drip pan and piping failure in our attic. We reported this to insurance and made a claim. Their adjuster checked the damage and reported that to the insurer and ultimately to PaulDavis and they immediately called and scheduled restoration services and the next day the mediation work was started and completed promptly, removing the damaged material and removing the remaining moisture. Once drying was completed, repairs and renovation was begun. The renovation team were excellent working steadily and tirelessly to restore the room to its former condition. They do things right, the right way. We love our kitchen. Jason is a saint and a master worker. We were impressed with his knowledge. He has great interpersonal skills. He listens to your concerns and answers your questions. Jason also did a great job communicating with us throughout the project. Alex is the best. He is down to earth and will go above and beyond to help. He doesn’t shy away from any task. David amazed us with his ability to stain our new cabinets with the existing ones. It felt like art. 3 weeks ago I’m sorry to say my review or experience is none like the other comments and I am trying to figure out WHY ME?? Captured by the outward sound of professionalism and gift of gab and even a fervent prayer at my time of need... I was deceived to the fullest! The damage to my home (Jan 16th,2023) was fire related. My home was not Totally destroyed. The outside brick frame structure and quite a bit of the interior fame work did not have to be replaced nor was much of the furnishing damaged.
