Amazing service. I have ordered so many light bulbs from them over a prolonged period of time. The customer service is outstanding, truly bespoke service. If for any reason things get mixed up by the distributor, they will fix it right away. I run multiple retail stores and would never buy light bulbs from anyone else. Pricing is amazing, things arrive on time, lots of communication regarding tracking and outstanding people to work with.

My experience is the same as the other reviewer. Horrible customer service. Their labeling of bulbs is misleading (most likely intentional) and when you ask to return them because it's not the product that you intended to order they make you pay for shipping back to them AND they deduced the shipping insurance they charged on the way to me! And small businesses wonder why we're all going to Amazon.

Terrible customer service and communication!!!! Save yourself the trouble and time and order elsewhere. They sent incorrect bulbs, asked me to return them and correct ones would be sent out on upon their return. No mention that they did not actually have correct item. I received a credit for the returned items and correct bulbs were not sent yet only to find out they don't have correct bulbs. Sent several emails with no reply during process. A lot of hassle and lost time and am now having to start the process all over elsewhere.

I am editing my review,because i did get what i ordered, be prepared for items to appear in the mail, he needs to hire another person to help with updating the online orders. Maybe a young person with no other prospects?
