Our window replacement journey was an insurance challenge that took 18 months to get through and PCS’ persistence was critical in finally getting the claim fully honored. There were other complications in the process and PCS always did the right thing to move things forward. The installation was in the timeframe indicated and was done more quickly than we expected. The punch list items (only two of them) were both addressed effectively. We appreciate PCS’s professionalism and ease of communications. The new windows are great.

Due to hail damage we replaced virtually every window and door in our house. PCS was with us from the very beginning. Worked with our insurance company to get full coverage for the replacements. Adam, Colton and Nick that worked up front with the selection process were great. Kevin and his team that completed the actual work were fantastic. Constant updates and communication with us on the project. We always knew what was happening and when it would take place. They were great at cleaning up at the end of each day and making sure that we were fully satisfied along the way. Had a couple of issues with the product provided by the window manufacturer, but PCS quickly jumped on it, contacted the manufacturer and got us replacement windows. PCS was fantastic to work with throughout the process.

Highly recommend PCS! We had Adam up to our cabin to inspect the roof (after he did our home in the SWMetro). He immediately found damage and stayed on top of everything until we got a full replacement. Their crew was top notch, and we will be using them again. 5+ Stars to Adam and PCS.
