Michelle is such a gem! My husband and I have used WA Bragg for our master bathroom and our kitchen faucets. Michelle is so quick to respond, gives a variety of options at various price points, and provides such a welcoming presence. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Contractors Beware – Highly Unprofessional Behavior As a licensed contractor, I was recently dragged into small claims court by a customer who abruptly canceled a project midway—without warning or explanation—after I had already completed more than 50% of the work. During the hearing, I discovered that an employee at WA Bragg had emailed my client, claiming I “had no clue what I was doing,” simply because I had called the store to confirm which plumbing part to use. This unsolicited and reckless commentary caused the client to panic and cancel the job, and the email was even presented as evidence in court.
