PDI Kitchen, Bath & Lighting Showroom

This place is awesome, I will come back here first next time I do any kind of remodeling I went all over town trying to find the right bathtub for my master bathroom and no salesperson knew anything about any of the bathtubs. All they wanted to do was just sell it to me and expected me to know everything already. Anne answered all of our questions and took good care of us. She even called the manufacturer on our behalf and had a replacement part sent from California in 2 days. Thanks Anne!

Totally disappointed!! Walked in the door with my family & neither of the 2 women sitting at the front reception desk spoke. We brushed it off until the next 2 customers came in & before the door closed behind them the ladies greeted them professionally then asked if they needed help & that’s what did it. The sad part about it is I’ve shopped here before & now I wish I hadn’t. I totally get it! My family vs. the other customers who came in are totally different ethnicities but being a business owner myself, everyone should be treated equally. I’ll definitely take my business elsewhere & to think I was about to purchase for 2 total renovations.

After such excellent service with our first house, we returned to Elizabeth Whitley at PDI for our second home. It's so refreshing to work with someone who is eager to help and find the best fixtures for our needs at the best price. She so willing to take the time to get it right. She listens to what you want and gives several options while covering every detail so you know every aspect of the item you're purchasing. She really knows her stuff and even went out of her way to make the timing happen for us. I can't say enough wonderful things about Elizabeth and PDI.

We had driven by PDI many times but never stopped in to see what it was about. As we are remodeling our kitchen, our contractor sent us to Elizabeth at PDI to work with her on our new kitchen sink, faucet, etc. PDI is a gem of a showroom and working with Elizabeth was one of the best experiences of our remodel. She helped us choose the perfect sink and faucet as well as an air switch for our garbage disposal. She responded to our emails extremely fast and was just all around amazing to work with even when I asked for a switch of faucet after we paid for the original. We will definitely come back to PDI to work specifically with Elizabeth when we are ready to remodel another room in our house. Working with Elizabeth has been an amazing experience. She keeps her customers as her first priority and has gone above and beyond what I expected. The first time I met her, I came in without an appointment, and she made the time to help me. Elizabeth took the time to give me her honest opinion on selections I was considering, along with the pros and cons. She stayed with me (even after the showroom had closed) to ensure we were on the same page with selections. Receiving the picture book of my products was extremely helpful to visualize what the products would look like (even after I left the showroom).
