I recently had a reconstruction project for two bathrooms in my home—my powder room and an upstairs bathroom with a shower and bath—managed by Gabe Peterson from Paul Davis South. Gabe was very polite and courteous throughout the initial stages of the project. On 09/03/25, he assessed the scope and estimated the work would take about a week, which aligned well with my schedule. I promptly paid my deductible to initiate the work. However, on 09/09/25, the project was subcontracted to PDP Restoration. Gabe and Pat Parker, the owner of PDP Restoration, visited to discuss the timeline and additional work outside of insurance coverage, including removing the popcorn ceiling and installing a new vanity and tile.
