Peaceful Valley Chimney

Mikey and Nicole are awesome! Bought a house last year and have a fireplace and boiler chimney that need annual cleaning. It’s very difficult to find reliable and honest contractors these days. I posted on a FB group and Peaceful Valley Chimney was highly recommended. I have had 2 cleans so far and my boiler chimney replaced and have been super satisfied. After a very positive referral, we were hoping to use PVC to work on our chimney to enjoy through the winter. Ended up being ghosted for our appointment, after a prior appointment being missed for being put in incorrectly. I’d like to give the benefit of the doubt for these absences but am simply unable to tolerate such practice as our free time is limited and I don’t feel like there was good communication.

Mikey and Nicole were a pleasure to deal with. Mikey showed up on time and ready to work. He did an expert, no-mess chimney and fireplace cleaning and also some work on our chimney chase cap. I've had a number of chimney contractors here over the past 25 years, and he did the best, most thorough, professional job of any of them. Highly recommended. Mikey has cleaned our chimney for the past few years. We wouldn’t even consider another company. A few friends of mine also had Mikey out for chimney cleaning and have become continued customers too. Recently we had our dryer vent cleaned. In addition to cleaning the dryer vent Mikey modified things with the dryer duct work to reduce areas where lint may collect. While in my basement he happened to see a exterior dryer vent cover I bought years ago and haven’t installed. Without me even mentioning it (I honestly forgot I had it) Mikey installed that for me too! Great service, super nice guy to work with and he will leave the work space tidy 🙂

I've used Mikey for years and I am always pleased with the service. He goes above and beyond, and always has some great tips or advice. He notices stuff I dont even know about and help make the furnace and fireplace stove efficient. Also, he worked with me on cleaning my rental property now that i live overseas. I trust him completely.
