Peachtree Pest Control provided excellent customer service and I was pleased with the quality of their product. They completed our annual inspection and provided detailed information about the results. Thankfully we had no activity on any of our bait stations. We received a detailed report via email. Our technician was friendly. Overall, excellent company with fantastic customer experience.
Andre was prompt and very polite. He was sufficient and explained everything he was doing. He even asked if we had small children in the house before using a specific type of spray. I really appreciated that.
Patrick showed up in a timely manner informing me of a problem we were not aware of. Derek and Quentin performed a full exclusion at our home. The gentlemen exhibited great customer service skills.
John is such a great tech! He is always polite, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. With his help, we have enjoyed a pest-free home for years!
