Tim B., the project manager, not only gave me an estimate, but he also told me he would work with my insurance company if I were patient. Patience paid off. Nick, the public adjuster, dealt with the insurance company, and after six months, the insurance company approved a new roof. The installation went smoothly with Irbin, the quality control technician, overseeing the installation from start to finish. The front and back yards were cleaned at the end of the installation. She also was extremely detailed oriented and updated us at every step along the way, including being on site the day of installation and the following day for the walk-through. Also, the site supervisor, Juan Vega did an incredible job with his crew and answering any questions I had. The roof looks amazing and they cleaned up everything so well, that you'd never know they had just been there. I interviewed several companies and I'm very happy we went with Peachtree Exteriors. A big thank you to Juan Vega and Danny Taylor for an amazing job with the roof replacement!! I have had my roof replaced in the past and I never got such great service like I did with Peachtree restoration and exterior. They laid out tarp on the ground protected the property and my dog! Made sure everything was cleaned off before leaving and left the roof looking like a million bucks. And they did it all in one day with only three people! Danny Taylor was so kind and thorough, double checked that everything was done properly and the property was cleaned correctly. 10/10 would recommend.
