We used Fairway Flooring (aka Peachwood) 4 years ago. We’ve had nothing but problems, from mis-measuring and needing more wood to incorrect installation. We’ve had them come and look at repairs soon after and one employee told us that “we could just touch them up on our own with a little stain.” We had creaking soon after installation and they came to backfill spots that weren’t properly leveled to begin with. Nobody came to check on their subcontractors’ work until we complained about it. In one area, the backfilling repair process did not work, so they sent their subcontractors out again and he did not know why he was there. Once we showed him the area, he ripped up boards and replaced them but left the adjacent ones damaged. We just gave up with them after that. We have damaged boards,

Great Experience. They came out with samples and took measurements. Gave us a quote and after a quick install... We now have very nice and durable vinyl floors. We got a 7" Plank and are very happy with the results.
