Our hot water heater started leaking Friday night. Our regular plumber is closed weekends. Found these guys and saw great reviews. Called around 10am Saturday and had hot water by 2pm! Matt had outstanding communication that day and got to our house earlier than expected. Wasn’t too much more on a Saturday call which I was happy with. We now have way better water pressure than before too! He walked me through everything when done and just went above & beyond. Highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding service! Very impressed with the care that our situation was handled with. Our nonprofit emergency shelter was without water for our residents and this company handled our situation with urgency restoring water use within 1.5 hours from time of call for 80 individuals accessing our shelter! It was 7:00pm and we were leaving early the next day for an Iowa football game. I went to the basement only to discover water leaking from our water heater. This might keep us from our trip! I looked online and found Pearl Street Plumbing was on call 24 hours. The plumber came, took out the water heater and replaced it with a shiny, new one. It was was a tremendous relief! I called Pearl Plumbing when my hot water heater went out on me, 1 month after buying my house last summer and Matt came over quickly and installed a new high quality water heater for a great price.
