Worst contractor E V E R Water heater circulator pump was never turned on / valves were backwards so getting hot water was impossible until the 3rd visit when someone figured it out Most of the sink fixtures were flipped (hot for cold/reverse) Shower parts were similar to sinks Dishwasher drain was plumbed incorrectly They work with Nealco Development

Got my CO few weeks ago. Called them to fix few things not working properly. They rescheduled me and second time no show no call. Waited whole day no response. Let’s see what they say to fix the issues Definitely think twice before hiring them

Called and was promised same day service. Clog in pipes. I was promised a call back as to what time they would be here. No call. I called twice more in the afternoon and was put off but never told me they wouldn't make it. They closed at 4:30. I called at 4:25 to check on again. Got voice mail. So here I am stuck with no showers or toilets and I have company from overseas. Called another company and they were there in less than one hour and the problem was solved by them in1/2 hour.

Mark, Faith, Your guys did an EXCELLENT job yesterday fixing all the issues in the house. For the first time since we been here the master bath car wash is like a pressure washer. Exactly what I need. 😂. I am going to schedule them every 6 months. Stay safe and healthy Greg

This company has horrible communication skills and the owner is nasty. They have worked on my multimillion dollar house for years but now they are too busy. They are rude and don’t follow up as they say they will. Do not use this company. There are many professional companies who appreciate your business. There is a lot of work now but when things slow down they will not be so smug!!!
