Peerless appliance repair is an excellent company. They responded the quickest to my request and had a technician come out less than a week. I worked with Brandon who is also excellent! He diagnosed the issue very quickly and is very honest. I highly recommend the company and the technician.

Mike and Sarah from Peerless were so wonderful and caring. They went so far out of their ways to provide our repairs I will always use their services going forward. Mike was the best at diagnosing and promptly installing the needed parts.

This is the third time using this service for our Samsung appliance malfunctions over the past 4 years. This time, it was our washer drum that would not turn. This was diagnosed and fixed quickly with multiple recalibrations (something not referenced in the washer manual nor by their official support). These people are knowledgable, prompt and worth the money everytime. Highly recommend this service!
