He met with us in person and provided a detailed estimate, covering everything from permits to cleanup. Throughout the process, Blake was super responsive, usually replying to texts within the hour. We had an outstanding experience with Peerless Roofing. Blake was easy to work with and is very knowledgeable. He takes great pride in his company and it shows. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and meticulous in every detail. They worked quickly without ever cutting corners, and the quality of their workmanship really shows. Blake and his team were great and easy to work with. We had constant small leaks throughout our ceiling due to the previous owner installing shingles for a low slope roof. Blake was able to come out for an inspection, provide his recommendation for a permanent fix and estimate, get all the permits filed and have his team install the new roof in 4 business days! He was fairly priced, his team worked quickly and cleaned up around the property after finishing and they even replaced some of the wood that was rotted and replaced the insulation that was damaged by the old roof leaking free of charge! Unfortunately, during a very bad rainstorm we developed a leak from our roof. The next day Blake of peerless roofing came and inspected the damage, he was able to squeeze in our repair the next day. I must mention that not only is Blake. Very professional but also his repair crew. Jose and his helper was very professional cleaned up after themselves, explained what they were going to do up on the roof! I do recommend peerless roofing. Blake is very skilled at roofing and siding work. He did a great job repairing our roof. We are having him return for siding repairs as well. I highly recommend Peerless Roofing!
