I was looking for a contractor who can replace a few temp columns in my basement and a wood beam. My house is an older house from like 1940, as many are in the lake county area. I contacted roughly 7 different companies to get estimates and this Polish owned company was one of them. -The company sent an employee and he was able to demonstrate knowledge of the issue and offer solutions. -Owner came to the site, was friendly, helpful, and had a good sense of humor. -Company was quick to respond, order supplies, and do work. -Pricing was good and competitive. -End result was good. Happy with results. My old house had a complex problem and they resolved it and didnt try to sell me more than I needed. *Short answer: I definitely would use this company again!

I can't say enough great things about this company. Sadov basement solutions transformed our completely unfinished basement to this beautiful addition to our home. Even with adding a bathroom and a wet bar, they finished quickly and within budget. Jerry and his team recently completed a home kitchen remodel and completely replaced the wood flooring in the whole first floor. Everything looks fantastic and coud not believe the artistry and craftsmanship of Jerry and his team. They transformed our outdated kitchen into our dream kitchen. Jarek and crew were absolutely the most pleasurable folks to deal with. I've had a couple bad experiences with contractors so was a bit cautious. In no time I felt like he listened, offered GREAT advice and probably kept me from making some bad choices. I'm absolutely delighted with the results and the cost.
